Requires the head of each covered office, including a joint commission or joint committee, to report to the committee: a list of each individual who previously completed the training and was serving in a covered position in the office on the date the rules are issued, information regarding the completion of the training after the date, and an individual's failure to comply with the rules. Requires the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate to: (1) periodically conduct an anonymous survey of Senators, Senate officers, and Senate employees regarding the prevalence of sexual harassment in the Senate during the previous Congress; and (2) report the results only to the Chairman and Ranking Member of specified congressional committees.
