Polk Presidential Home Study Act (Sec. 2) This bill directs the Department of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of the James K. Polk Home and adjacent property in Columbia, Tennessee. In conducting this study, Interior shall evaluate the national significance of the study area, determine the suitability and feasibility of designating it as a unit of the National Park System, and consider other alternatives for preservation, protection, and interpretation of the study area by government entities or private and nonprofit organizations.
