A bill to require Executive agencies to make public all funding reprogramming requests, and for other purposes.

Transparency in Federal Spending Act of 2018 This bill requires an executive agency to post a notification on its website if the agency: (1) requests a reprograming of funds, or (2) uses authority to reprogram or transfer funds. If the amount of the request, reprogramming, or transfer is at least $5 million, the agency must also notify each member of the congressional appropriations committees.
