A bill to establish a demonstration program regarding background checks for certain employees of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Background Investigation Authorization Demonstration Act This bill requires the Department of the Interior to establish a program in coordination with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) for the purpose of conducting personnel background investigations for applicants for law enforcement positions at the BIA.
