Arctic Policy Act of 2018 This bill amends the Arctic Research and Policy Act of 1984 to (1) modify the membership requirements of the Arctic Research Commission, (2) establish the Arctic Executive Steering Committee, (3) establish the Arctic Advisory Committee, and (4) establish tribal advisory groups to provide input and recommendations on particular issues of the Arctic.
