Modernizing the Trusted Workforce for the 21st Century Act of 2018 This bill directs the Security, Suitability, and Credentialing Performance Accountability Council to prepare various reports and strategies related to improving the framework for vetting individuals for security clearances. The council shall also revise the security clearance process to improve promptness, specifically so that 90% of determinations on clearances at the secret level are issued within 30 days and clearances at the top secret are issued within 90 days.
