Summary

Keep Our Promise to America's Children and Teachers Act or the Keep Our PACT Act This bill mandates funding at specified levels for FY2020-FY2029 to support (1) public elementary and secondary schools with high percentages of children from low-income families, and (2) special education and related services for children with disabilities.
