Great Lakes Water Protection Act This bill addresses sewage in the Great Lakes System by: (1) restricting publicly owned treatment works from discharging sewage into the system, (2) requiring the public to be immediately notified when sewage is discharged, and (3) establishing the Great Lakes Cleanup Fund.
