A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to prevent surprise medical billing practices, and for other purposes.

No More Surprise Medical Bills Act of 2018 This bill establishes several requirements relating to billing practices for out-of-network services provided by certain health care providers (e.g., hospitals), including notice and consent requirements; specified providers must also comply with such requirements as a condition of Medicare participation.
