A bill to strengthen and improve local and regional workforce and economic competitiveness and resilience, and for other purposes.

Invest in America Act This bill authorizes the Department of Labor to make planning and implementation grants to eligible entities for projects to support local and regional economic expansion and resilience, job creation in new or existing industries, and workforce development and re-employment opportunities.
