Cabinet Service Integrity Act This bill prohibits an immediate family member of a head of an executive department or the Environmental Protection Agency from soliciting or otherwise raising funds from certain foreign entities or individuals, including foreign governments, senior foreign political figures, and associates of senior foreign political figures. The bill sets penalties of up to $1 million, up to 5 years imprisonment, or both, for failure to comply.
