A bill to amend the American History and Civics Education program under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to require inclusion of programs that educate students about the history and principles of the Constitution of the United States, including the Bill of Rights.

Constitution Education Is Valuable in Community Schools Act of 2018 or the CIVICS Act of 2018 This bill amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to require national activities supported by American History and Civics Education grants to include programs that educate students about the history and principles of the U.S. Constitution, including the Bill of Rights.
