Palestinian Assistance Reform Act of 2018 This bill authorizes the redirection of U.S. funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for Palestinian refugees in the Near East, if specified reforms are not achieved by the UNRWA and certified by June 30, 2020, to other entities to be used for assistance to Palestinians living in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, Jordan, Syria, or Lebanon.
