A bill to provide grants to communities affected by substance use disorder to enable those communities to plan for and implement full-service community schools.

Full-Service Community Schools in Distressed Communities Act of 2018 This bill requires the Department of Education to award grants that support the implementation of full-service community schools in localities affected by substance-use disorders.
