A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to improve the affordability and enrollment procedures of the Medicare program, and for other purposes.

Helping Seniors Afford Medicare Act of 2018 This bill makes a series of changes relating to Medicare enrollment, eligibility, and cost-sharing, such as by establishing an annual out-of-pocket limit for enrollees and reducing cost-sharing for certain low-income individuals.
