Intercountry Adoption Information Act of 2018 This bill amends the Intercountry Adoption Act of 2000 to direct the Department of State to include in its annual intercountry adoptions report to Congress information on: (1) countries that have prevented or prohibited adoptions of children by American parents; (2) State Department efforts to encourage the resumption of such halted or stalled adoption proceedings; and (3) State Department actions that prevented, prohibited, or halted such adoptions.
