A bill to modify the penalties for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1993.

Deter Obnoxious, Nefarious, and Outrageous Telephone Calls Act of 2018 or the DO NOT Call Act. This bill modifies penalties for violating restrictions on the use of telephone equipment, including by increasing the maximum penalties for falsifying caller-identification information.
