A bill to promote registered apprenticeships, including registered apprenticeships within in-demand industry sectors, through the support of workforce intermediaries, and for other purposes.

Apprenticeship Hubs Across America Act of 2018 This bill requires the Department of Labor to establish and carry out a program to award grants to workforce intermediaries (certain entities that facilitate the establishment of registered apprenticeship programs) to enable them to engage a variety of stakeholders, such as local boards, secondary schools, institutions of higher education, and employers, to support, develop, and implement registered apprenticeship programs.
