Keep Buying American Act of 2018 This bill directs each agency required to submit reports under Executive Order 13788, titled "Buy American and Hire American," to make each report available to the public and Congress at the same time it submits the report to the Department of Commerce and the Office of Management and Budget. Each agency that was previously required to submit a report under such order shall make each report available to the public and to Congress.
