A bill to amend title XI of the Social Security Act to make improvements to the transparency report requirements under section 1128G of such Act.

Patient Advocacy Transparency Act This bill expands the scope of transparency reports submitted by manufacturers of covered drugs, devices, and medical supplies under Medicare, Medicaid, and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
