Summary
This bill requires the Department of State to submit a report to Congress that: (1) identifies Chinese officials responsible for the imprisonment of political prisoners; and (2) determines whether such officials are designated under the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act and, if not, a justification for why not.
