EPA Special Hiring Authority Transparency Act This bill amends the Safe Drinking Water Amendments of 1977 to revise the special hiring authority given to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to appoint up to 30 personnel for positions without regard to the civil service laws. This bill requires the Administrator to notify Congress within 30 days of appointment of personnel under the special hiring authority. The notification must include the appointee's name, title, salary, and a detailed justification explaining why the Administrator determined the appointment was necessary.
