A bill to authorize community development block grants for providing tools, equipment, and other resources.

Tools On Our Local Streets to Rehabilitate Communities Act or the TOOLS to Rehabilitate Communities Act This bill expands eligible activities under the Community Development Block Grant program to include creating or strengthening partnerships with nonprofit organizations that provide resources to assist with authorized development or revitalization projects.
