Substance Abuse Prevention Act of 2018 This bill reauthorizes through FY2022 various health and law enforcement programs related to the prevention and treatment of substance abuse and the reduction of demand for illicit drugs. The bill reauthorizes, among others, the following: the Office of National Drug Control Policy, the Drug-Free Communities Program, the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Program, and the Drug Courts Program.
