Support Experienced Law Enforcement Countering Terrorism Act of 2018 or the SELECT Act This bill amends the federal criminal code to require a federal agency, upon request, to issue a photo identification that allows a current or retired law enforcement officer employee to carry a concealed firearm across state lines. It expresses the sense of Congress that state and local agencies should issue photo identification to allow qualified law enforcement officers and qualified retired law enforcement officers to carry concealed firearms in accordance with this bill.
