Preventing Additional Printing of Electronic Records Act of 2018 or the PAPER Act of 2018 This bill limits the printing of the Congressional Record, the Senate Calendar of Business, and the Senate Executive Calendar by requiring various entities that receive printed copies to request the copies. The bill also eliminates distribution of the Congressional Record to the Superintendent of Documents for the depository libraries.
