A bill to amend title V of the Public Health Service Act to establish a grant program to create peer support recovery networks, and for other purposes.

Opioid Peer Support Networks Act of 2018 This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to award grants to eligible community organizations for substance-use-disorder treatment and recovery efforts. HHS also must establish the National Peer Run Training and Technical Assistance Center for Addiction Recovery Support to assist substance-use peer-support networks.
