Elder Poverty Relief Act This bill establishes a new poverty-relief benefit under the Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) program for certain individuals entitled to OASDI benefits, disability insurance benefits, or benefits under the Supplemental Security Income program.
