Veteran Employment and Child Care Access Act of 2018 This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide child care assistance to veterans: (1) who are receiving certain training or vocational rehabilitation, (2) who are the primary caretaker of a child or children, and (3) whose family's adjusted gross income does not exceed certain limits.
