Sunlight in Workplace Harassment Act This bill amends the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 to require disclosure of settlements and complaints related to sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and other types of discrimination. Specifically, certain issuers of securities must annually disclose this information to shareholders and the public. Issuers must also describe the measures taken to prevent employees from committing further abuse, harassment, or discrimination.
