A bill to provide for the issuance of a rule to advance next-generation technologies to provide alternatives to hydrofluorocarbons, and for other purposes.

American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2018 This bill directs the Environmental Protection Agency to reduce the use of hydrofluorocarbons through rulemaking. This must include an allowance allocation and trading program and the advancement of new technology to replace hydrofluorocarbons.
