A bill to establish a task force to identify countervailable subsidies and dumping.

Self-Initiation Trade Enforcement Act of 2018 This bill amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to establish a task force in the International Trade Administration. The task force must identify countervailable subsidies and dumping that cause injury to or threaten to injure a domestic industry.
