A bill to amend the Agricultural Act of 2014 to clarify forest, rangeland, and watershed restoration services under good neighbor agreements.

Good Neighbor Authority Improvement Act This bill amends the Agricultural Act of 2014 to permit the Department of Agriculture to carry out as forest, rangeland, and watershed restoration services under a good neighbor agreement the reconstruction, repair, or restoration of a National Forest System road that is necessary to carry out the authorized restoration services.
