ANCSA Corporation Reinstatement Act of 2017 This bill amends the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to allow Alaska Native village corporations to reincorporate after they are involuntarily dissolved if the successor corporation has received all or substantially all of the assets of the original village corporation, the shareholders of the successor are comprised of all shareholders of record or heirs of the shareholders at the time of the dissolution, and the successor corporation is organized under the laws of Alaska.
