A bill to establish a Regional Corporation for Natives who are non-residents of Alaska, and for other purposes.

ANCSA Thirteenth Regional Corporation Reincorporation Act of 2017 This bill requires the Department of Interior to convene a meeting of the shareholders of the thirteenth Alaska Native regional corporation, which is for Alaska Natives who are not residents of Alaska, for the purpose of electing a board of directors.
