ANCSA Barrow Sand and Gravel Access Act of 2017 This bill amends the Barrow Gas Field Transfer Act of 1984 to require the Department of the Interior to convey to the Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation (UIC), an Alaska Native village corporation, sand and gravel deposits underlying specified surface estate owned by the UIC upon execution of an agreement between the UIC and North Slope Borough, Alaska.
