ANCSA Admiralty Island Land Exchange Finalization Act of 2017 This bill requires the Department of Agriculture (USDA) to convey specified land to the Sealaska Corporation, an Alaska Native regional corporation, if the corporation relinquishes a specified 23,000 acres of subsurface estate. The land to be conveyed by USDA to the corporation consists of 8,873 acres of surface and subsurface estate and 5,145 acres of surface estate.
