ANCSA Shishmaref Emergency Access Easement Act of 2017 This bill requires the Department of the Interior to grant the Shishmaref Native Corporation, an Alaska Native village corporation, an easement that crosses the Bering Land Bridge National Monument to permit a surface transportation route between Shishmaref and the area of Ear Mountain, Alaska.
