A bill to require reports on civilian casualties in connection with United States military operations.

Preventing Civilian Casualties in Military Operations Act of 2017 This bill directs the Department of Defense to report annually to the congressional defense committees on civilian casualties caused as a result of U. S. military operations during the preceding year.
