Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives regarding our national debt.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) the national debt is rising unsustainably and needs to urgently be addressed; and (2) each Member of the House should introduce and advocate for legislation to reduce spending by $100 million per year, aside from annual appropriations bills.
