Requests the President, and directs the Department of State, to transmit to the House of Representatives within 14 days copies of every record or communication in the President's or the State Department's possession that relates to communications between President Donald Trump and President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Finland, on July 15 or July 16, 2018.
