Ban Aquaculture in the Great Lakes Act This bill prohibits persons from engaging in aquaculture in the Great Lakes, to the extent that the lakes and waters, including connecting waters, are within U.S. jurisdiction. The prohibition does not apply to fish hatcheries operated by a federal or state agency. The Department of the Interior must administer the prohibition.
