To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to promulgate regulations with respect to quality control and oversight of out-of-State care under the Medicaid program.

Medicaid Quality Care Act This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to issue regulations that require each state Medicaid program to provide quality control and oversight of out-of-state providers.
