Preservation Research at Institutions Serving Minorities Act or the PRISM Act This bill makes Hispanic-serving institutions of higher education (IHEs) as well as Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving IHEs eligible for technical and financial assistance from the Department of the Interior to establish preservation training and degree programs.
