To amend title II of the Social Security Act to permit individuals to select a monthly benefit payment date.

Social Security Benefit Payments Choice Act of 2018 This bill allows a recipient of monthly Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance benefits, unless the recipient is concurrently entitled to Supplemental Security Income benefits, to choose the day of the month upon which to receive such benefits.
