SuperPAC Elimination Act of 2018 This bill amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to: (1) eliminate the limitations on direct contributions from individuals and political committees to candidates in federal elections; and (2) require notification to be sent within 24 hours to the Senate or the Federal Election Commission, and the Department of State, as appropriate, if a contributor's aggregate contributions to a candidate exceed $200 in a calendar year.
