Summary

Native American and Native Hawaiian Cultural Heritage Protection Act of 2018 This bill prohibits the sale and exportation of tribal cultural items of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians that were obtained illegally and provides for the return of the items, including voluntary returns.
