To amend part B of title IV of the Social Security Act to provide grants to develop and enhance, or to evaluate, kinship navigator programs, and for other purposes.

Supporting Kinship Connections Act This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to provide grants for developing, enhancing, or evaluating kinship navigator programs; such programs help grandparents and other relative caregivers find and use services to meet the needs of the caregivers and the children they are raising.
