An Act Targeting Resources to Communities in Need This bill requires specified agencies administering development programs to target 10% of funding to persistent poverty counties.
Referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in addition to the Committees on Financial Services, Agriculture, Education and the Workforce, Energy and Commerce, Science, Space, and Technology, and the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
