Transparency in National Security Act of 2017 This bill amends the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to include the National Security Council (NSC) within the definition of "agency," thus applying FOIA's requirements to the NSC. Such amendment shall apply with respect to any record created by the NSC before, on, or after this bill's enactment.
